You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
As between the parties, you retain all rights to your data and connected data sources. You grant us a limited license to process such data solely to provide the Services at your direction. We claim no ownership over your data.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operation or security, reverse engineering, reselling the Services without authorization, or using the Services to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
The Services, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Etarica and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Paid plans, trials, and billing terms, if applicable, are described at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etarica will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Etarica harmless from claims arising out of your data, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
